A deposit of £200 for a weekly booking plus a deposit of £50 per rod must be made to confirm booking. No booking is binding until confirmed in writing with deposit. Balance of payment must be paid 1 month before arrival.
Cottages or Lodge will be ready by 3pm (or earlier if we can arrange it) Cottages or Lodge must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
Cheques must be made payable to D A Evans and Partners.
The number of people staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number on the confirmation letter.
Breakages and any damages must be paid for and the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The owners can take no responsibility for personal injury or damage to personal property. Parents of children are responsible for their safety.
No smoking or pets at the cottages or lodge.
All bed linen is provided but towels etc are not however if you should wish they are available to hire at a small cost.
Electricity and heating are included in the price. In summer weather, heating will be off.
No furniture should be moved around e.g. bed settee moved to lounge or sofas used for sleeping accommodation.
Day tickets are not permitted on the beat unless staying in our accommodation.
Those fishing with pre booked rod places must have the relevant Environmental Agency Rod Licences.
Adherence to spin and fly-fishing dates.
